Haircut and a Hangover?
I've been getting my hair styled at Mane Attraction for years. Well nowadays it's a cut but I say styled because it's been many colors and lengths in the past. (If you're in the market for a professional style, ask for Joanne.)
Anyhoo, so I walk in last month, plop down on the couch and start to watch the TV. I was probably zoning off and reflecting on my day at work when I hear "Cameron, would you like a glass of white wine?". Umm...yes please 
Customer service is huge in my playbook. Make a customer feel special and they will remember your product or service. Whether you're a drinker or not, if you walk into your salon or barber and they offer you a cool glass of wine or beer--you're going to tell people about that. If you're a dork, you might even blog about it, hehe. Well, I better publish this and sign off. Don't want to be late for my glass of...err haircut.
