Game...Set...Ouch!
Bummer. I did not make my goal of four health and fitness posts by today.± I did really well though. My last three posts on the subject are pretty good. And today I played tennis with OT and I got three blisters. My racket seemed like it was sliding around a lot. Maybe I was still tired, having run the court with Lynda yesterday afternoon.

It has been so nice out this weekend. Low temperatures in the 60's, highs in the 80's and clear skies. Perfect. And I was thinking again how really fortunate I am to be able to play tennis with friends and enjoy my workouts. I have been playing about once per week for the past couple of months. I forgot how much I enjoyed it.
So today we mostly just rallied. Then I suggested we play for beers and then OT proceeded to kick my ass. I think he was sandbagging. Hehe just kidding. OT has a fast serve. If he ever learns how to control it...watch out! Hmm, but still...I think if it were not for my blisters, I would have done better. Weird thing is I have been playing a bit recently and have not ever had a problem with my hand. Rematch!
