OK I Admit It, I Like Phoenix
I wanted to do an "I Luv Phoenix" blog post because this city is growing on me. Yes I admit it, I like it here. Sure there is pollution and lots of traffic, etc. But I look at places like San Diego and Atlanta and Orlando and they are not any better off that way. More importantly, the older I get the more I feel like home is wherever my loved ones are. Read More...
Happy Easter Everybunny!
It is a gorgeous Easter Sunday in Phoenix. I just got back from brunch with my mom. Called OT because we have been planning to play tennis today. He wants to go to the hockey game first. So we will play this evening. Hope I get to sleep at a decent hour. Read More...
Chocolate + Milk * (fave MP3s) = Relaxation
How to have fun and be introspective. Make an A-Z list about yourself. I was listening to some of my favorite songs tonight while working on my list. Normally I'd be watching TCM or something off TiVo. But I had some song in my head today and just had to hear it and-- oh crumb, I've already forgotten what it is was. Doh! Read More...

Casa Grande...6 Degrees Cooler than Phoenix
Saturday evening went out to Casa Grande where my mom was playing host to a few of her new neighbors. CG will grow like a weed in the coming years but right now it feels like you're out in the middle of nowhere. Lots of farmland and not a whole lot to Read More...
In Memory
Hard for me to believe it has been five years since September 11th, 2001 . My life is so much different today than it was then -- something I had not really reflected upon until today. I have had triumphs and I have had setbacks. I have laughed and cried, Read More...
Metallica Footnote
‡ Had a quick second footnote from my post yesterday but it was way OT (off topic). True story though. Once upon a time I saw a heavy metal show at the historic Orpheum Theatre . I put my words in bold because the show was flippin louD, craZy and X-rated Read More...

Long Time, No Post
Geeze I totally let my blog go. Feel like I should dust off the cobwebs or break out the weed-whacker and trim the overgrown shrubs. Do blogs have shrubs? OK going forward I probably will not be posting very often. I'm guessing 2-3 per month but I'm not Read More...
