When 10 mph is just too fast and 5 mph might seem over solicitous. Someone at ASU Parking and Transportation Services cleverly split the difference in PS-7 (parking structure 7). I actually think it's kinda kewl. I am sure it is just a coincidence that the structure's number matches its speed ...
