Holycow I had no idea! The last time I saw Carrot Top must have been...years ago. Check this photo from last week's 2006 Billboard Music Awards. Top is ripped! The image kicked my ass. A few days later I had my best workout this year. I have also refocused on my meals and I have been going to bed on time.Thanks for the inspiration Carrot Top!
